The staff and rooms were exceptional, I loved it. Spacious bedrooms. Beds were nice, everything was perfect. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area adjacent to restaurants very close to subway lines and theatres and the centre of New York.

Had warm enough apartment with 1 queen size bedrooms, beautiful furniture, 2 double beds. Approachable, apologetic staff. I had access to free parking, excellant pool.
The bed was not comfortable, that's sad thing.

I loved the five star position of the hotel, the stuff where outstanding. The room I received was perfect and soundproof. The American breakfast included lots of meals. It was an absolutely amazing stay, you could leave a car nearby. What a well maintained place to stay!

It was so clean, I would stay here again. Super location, SMALL hotel and best staff. Had a such wonderful experience staying at the king room. The American breakfast was good enough and had lots of meals. Brilliant service was provided here too.
